  There's documentation on DIVE in the new OS/2 Developers' Toolkit that
  was on the OS/2 WARP Beta Two CD-ROM.  It is is also floating around
  on the FIDONET Fernwood Filebone and on Hobbes.  I don't have the
  filename to hand, but it's a fair bet that "DIVE" is part of it.  (-:
