Very good illustration! I, too, am annoyed by this re-sequencing of
stuff, over and over again, just to do a multiple-print. (Have you,
however, tried sending the output to the Hard Drive, instead of the
printer? At least, then, all the ESC sequences would be in order,
although it would be one heck of a big file.)
But, in general, I don't waste my laserprinter on multiple copies.
That's what a print shop is for. :)
