Hello All!

note to others is that i found my fails on qico in that it does not support
emsi and binkp on same port always, but this could aswell be a binkp client
problem it does not support binkp protocol handling, sorry if its only a qico
bug, i say this in hope programmers can check it with qico (/usr/sbin/qico -a
auto)
