  Like any other OS/2 process, when CSet++ allocates memory, it
  (potentially) uses the system swapfile. CSet++ allocates a *lot* of
  memory when compiling C++ code.

  I've had CSet++ regularly send the system swap file up to 24Mb when
  compiling C++ code on a 16Mb machine.
