Hello Bill,

AI>> Pevious to 911 we used to go to the US and spend the day quite
 AI>> regularly but not anymore.

BM> You should apply for a NEXUS card. Still have to pass through customs...
BM> but they give you your own private drive-thru kiosk... :)

In there area where I live out here in no mans land it never takes long to
cross the border. When I lived in Vancouver and made the crossing I always
allowed an hour for lineup time.. :)

The trick nowadays is to have your passport ready. I never did have one and
still don't. In Vancouver there was lots to do when we went to the US, here not
so much. If I crossed the border I'd be in cow country, just like here. That
doesn't give me much impetus to go get a passport.. :)

I've had an urge lately to get back to Hawaii though, so if I can save the $$$
to do that I'll go and get a passport then I can travel at will again.

 Ttyl :-),
         Al
