I tried the call-back feature, too, and the system DID call back...three
times.  Unfortunately, I was not able to establish a proper connect and
initiate the download on any of the three.  I called back and tried again, but
the BBS would not allow me to access the 336 door again.

Not sure why the connects would not work.  I issued the ata as directed, but
it just disconnected.  Before the call, I'd issued an AT&F1, just to be safe.

I tried 115/500, too, and got the same result as you.

Hopefully, our experience is not typical.
