Hello Quentin!

Strangly enough, I have a book called "Programming for
Non-Programmers". This book delves into the management side of
programming, on how to properly relay the ideas to the
programmer, and how to break the program down into blocks. Tho
written for those who might see a program in Basic, the basics
(no pun intended) would also serve to show how to break down
projects into workable portions. Its a little on the old side,
so I don't know if it is still in print.
Later!
