Hi Ed, Ray,

Even on OS/2, the FAT32.IFS limit [initially and until recently] was 
32GB, and now with latest edition significantly larger. WIN98 can handle 
FAT32 partitions extending to whole [large] disks, even though W2K/XP 
apparently won't create partitions larger than 32GB, probably to 
encourage use of NTFS.
