I have managed to persuade SAI technologies a hardware and software
company to support OS/2 Warp v3, they are currently going to provide an
OS/2 TV viewing program and other tools along with the windows
versions, however rather than write it in C they would prefer to use
something lie rexx.

Now what I wnat to know is; Is it possible to make a function call to
the MMPM/2 API which will automatically capture video from an overlay
card if the MCI driver (WinTV) supports capture and which visual rexx
package to use
