Subject: Calendaring
Hello,
I would like to know what techniques people use to keep track of
pointments.
At work I use an automated system on my computer; all my colleagues have
access
to it and we use it to schedule everybody's meetings.
For my personal time, however, I continue to use a very low tech solution,
because I think it's the most efficient. I braille a calendar (a page per
month) in the same format used by most agencies and put twelve month's worth
into a loose leaf pocket notebook I by from our National Center. In between
each brailled month I put a couple of blank pages which I fill with
apointments
as time goes by. On the edge of each brailled month I stick a dymotape tab
o
label the month for easy access. This takes a little over an hour to
ssemble
at the beginning of each year, but after that, it works pretty well, and I
an
find things quickly.
What do others do?
