I do not believe ther3e was any close EXPERIENCED
observer... A steep glide might be called a PLUNGE
by a life guard who supposedly saw it...

If he was so experienced, why was he flying with a suspended
medical. That makes him a "scoff-Law" in my opinion.
I can't support him either. Just thankful he killed no one
but himself...
There are LOTS of NTSB reports that I do not believe...
