PF> When I said "multiple targets", I did not mean more than PF> one platform. I meant that the Borland IDE seemed to think PF> that a "project" only created one thing (an EXE or DLL for PF> example), when in reality a project could have dozens of PF> targets (an EXE, many dll's, an *.INF file, an *.HLP PF> file, etc, etc). Sorry, I didn't read your message closely enough. I just read the programmers manual for v 1.5. I reads as though you have to create a DLL first as a single project. Then you can use it to create an EXE. in a separate project. I really don't know. But you are right, it would be foolish not to provide this ability. BC++ 4.02 for DOS/Windows/et al. does seem to allow different targets in the same project--at least dll's and exe's. I seem to be able to change the target for each file to be compiled, but I haven't used it, just set it up. ___ X KWQ/2 1.2e X If at first you don't succeed, put it out for beta test. --- Maximus/2 2.01* Origin: Sol 3 * Toronto * V.32 * (905)858-8488 (1:259/414) SEEN-BY: 12/2442 54/54 620/243 624/50 632/348 640/820 690/660 711/409 410 413 SEEN-BY: 711/430 807 808 809 934 942 949 712/353 623 713/888 800/1 @PATH: 259/414 400 99 98 3615/50 229/2 12/2442 711/409 54/54 711/808 809 934 |
