Don't go to far over though. Don't know about your Field but for some
Retirees they have tough time finding a Job when getting out. 
A Little Age Discrimination in play plus expecting you to work for Less
because you already have the Navy Retirement. And it gets worse the
longer you stay in. And then the older you are when you start the new
career the harder is to clinmb the Ladder to higher positions.
