Well, you really can't blame the FCC for making that particular law. It's a
cost-cutting thing. Uncle Sam just won't give 'em the bucks to pursue
interference complaints anymore. In all honesty, the FCC lobbied AGAINST the
ECPA. It's the dang cell phone manufacturers that pushed to make monitoring
cell phones a crime.
