The barrel diameter for a .22 LR (or CB or Short or Long) is smaller than
that of a .22 Magnum. Don't do it. Just get a gunsmith to run a finishing
reamer into your 514 to clean up the chamber. If your chamber is oversized,
have him set the barrel back by the length of the chamber and then rechamber
it.
