 Haven't heard about a name change yet, but I do know that there has been 
some folks from Harmon Int'l buying into them, and that Steven St. Croix has 
been helping with some of the latest software design on the Prisma.. now if 
he could just do some of those things on the AudioEngine system, which is 
what I use.
 
 Part of their interest in Spectral was similar to mine, where they were a 
couple of steps ahead of most of the competition most of the time, and with a 
smaller organization.
