 Reveal is one of the WORST company I know... I phoned their tech support
 regarding my brother's CD-ROM drive... they do NOT have anyone alive
 to take the call, the recording said "Please wait" and then go on to whole
 bunch of stupid hints and tips, hoping that you will hang up... I use a
 fax machine's speaker phone and let it on for 30 minutes... and the same
 $%!@%$# tape is still repeating...

 Try ATIx (x = 1 to 10) and see what's the modem telling you... then
 go to the chipset maker and get the software you need.
