Three questions:

1) What bbs software are you using, is it Synch? If so, did you follow the
directions in the Synch Doors documentation?
2) Are you running a batchfile from the bbs directory or using the Start.bat
in the LORD directory.
3) Did you change settings in the LORD Start.bat?
