These are the (main) contributors, some from Z2. I don't know what
regions they are in, so I'll leave it up to you to find out. ;-)

AS> If you think people from our regions are indifferent to policy and
AS> to changes it will not be true. There should be different reasons.
AS> One of them I can see is a lack of publicity. Another reason is
AS> English.

On leads back to the other. Lack of translations to other languages
leads to poor publication. This was brought up several times during
(and after) drafting of our proposal, yet no one seemed interested
enough to take on the task. I can safely say that everyone was
welcome (and expressly desired) to participate in creating it.

AS> With Ward's inventions nothing except the heart can complicate accepting
AS> of your amendment.

Mis-guided aspirations and efforts may have a huge impact on our chances
if too many people from your regions cry out for the right things at the
wrong time. Then again, I could be wrong. All the noise you can make
for sysop voting may be like the proverbial tree falling in the forest.
If no one in around to hear it (as in, if it's ignored), does it make
a sound?

Bob
