Here you go!

Version 2 of SIO has major design and philosophical changes differing
from any previous OS/2 serial drivers. SEE DESIGN.TXT
There is no install program. You will have to install/remove the
     drivers manually. See INSTALL.TXT
Please do not send messages asking for release dates, pricing, etc. I
have made few decisions about these things, and answering all the
messages cuts into my development time.
Registered SIO version 1 users, with serial numbers whose last five
digits are 25400 or above, will receive free upgrades to SIO version
     2.
As I mentioned above, the price of SIO version 2 is not yet set, but
the price will be MORE than the minimum $25.00 price of the version 1
drivers. Therefore, one can save money by registering, or re-
registering SIO Version 1 now, and using the free upgrade to obtain a
registered SIO Version 2. Due to hackers of the SIO version 1 code,
my cash flow from version 1 is very little. You can help by pre-
registering version 2. You can register version 1 (amounting to a
pre-registering of version 2) at www.gwinn.com. See ORDER.TXT in the
SIO version 1 distribution zip for information on ways to register
other than www.gwinn.com. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS work very well for
     payment by foreign purchasers.

FWIW, since my SIO s/n has 3 significant digits, and I feel I have long since
gotten my money's worth from it, I registered another copy after I read the
above.
Since you left an email address, I'll *try to* fire the whole package off to
you. It is an open beta, and you might like to look at it. OTOH, if you run
a mailer, you might want to switch back to 1.60d in a hurry - at least with
this release. :^)
