      It's a very small TSR, so feel free to load it in your autoexec.bat file
and leave it there all the time.  All it does is fool any program
requesting freespace by reporting just under the 2gb limit.  If there's
less than 2gb free, it'll report the true value.  I've tested it, and found
it to work under OS/2's DOS emulation, win9x, and winxp/pro.
