That strategy may backfire in the long run actually... because if the leftists
keep pushing gender-nonsense, LGBT and certain socialist policies, this goes
against many of the religious/cultural beliefs refugees and immigrants have.

Many immigrants also do not like taking handouts especially once they have the
taste of running their own business, being independantly wealthy.

We had this problem once in Toronto with leftists pushing "modern" sex-ed in
schools a few years ago and it was interesting to see large protests with
Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Syrian and Sikh families all unified against it, 
together... protesting together.
