WV stands for West Virginia...and no, I do not know anyone in Richmond!
Richmond is in VA  Virginia....my daughter goes to college in VA and
half the students think we live in Western Virginia instead of West
Virginia.

San Salvador Bahamas is nice, so is Bonaire although I thought it was a
little bland.  Bimini is neat, funky and not too expensive.  Cozumel is
ok if you don't want to swim and enjoy drift diving...which was not my
favorite type of diving.  Tortola (BVI) is not bad..wreck of the Rhone
is a fantastic night dive and the island has some great resturants.
Honduras is a little bit too third world for me.  Dominican Republic is
a nice place to visit, diving is a little rough in the winter..but the
food was good.
  I like to dive, but I also enjoy a great meal when I can get the
  chance.
