That's probably my fault.  After I added the File_ID.Diz to the .zip, I
adjusted the date (of the .zip) to the origin date of (one of) the original
files and didn't adjust the time-of-day also.  I was too lazy.  Please
forgive me.  :)

Not usually at the command-line.  Sometimes I have included the full name
in batch files I have written, as a means to fill out the file size to an
even multiple of kilobytes... along with other techniques to increase the
storage to match cluster size.  (It used to be kind of important for me to
match file size with the cluster size on an old backup PC.)  Call me
'anal', in that regard.  =:)
