The program is Australian I believe, and it's a fine piece of work.  As
for Windows OS, there is only one omnipotent MicroSoft ;o).  The 32 bit
reference is for when Windows switched from a 16 bit platform to a 32 bit
platform (Win 3.1 to Win 95 iirc).
