"ownership" of a ML?

i repeat i don't like to have the HD full of off-topics posts that
i don't want/care to read/download..

this ML is about "os2 world" so if you wonna act as a polite person,
avoid posting unwanted/off-topic emails..

the problem is that often this ML has more off-topic posts (see linux,
windows or other stuff) than interesting posts..

so again, i'm asking that if you wonna talk about wim32solutions or
linux-distros there are right places to do, os2users is not the right
one..
