The Nice Hag v2.15 beta - Now includes The Bandit event.
  Will be online by midnight, US Central time, tonight.
  How it works:  Each time you access the IGM, as you are exiting
back to LORD, there is a 20% chance of meeting a Bandit.  IF you meet him,
you lose 25% gold, 25% Gems, and some Strength points. And varying loss in
Current Hitpoints from injuries.
  Also, IGM is setup so that any attempts to re-use igm beyond
the Max Visits per day setting will automatically run Bandit event. I see
no reason why someone needs to use Nice hag igm more than 5 times a day,
without their incurring a penalty for doing so.
