MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04
      Title: Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies
 Categories: Cookies
      Yield: 48 Servings
  2 1/4 c  Flour
      1 ts Baking soda
      1 ts Salt
      1 c  Margarine (2 cubes)
    3/4 c  White sugar
    3/4 c  Brown sugar, packed
      1 ts Vanilla
    1/2 ts Almond extract
      2    Eggs
      2 c  Chocolate chips
      1 c  Nuts (optional)
  Combine flour, soda and salt.  Set aside. Cream together margarine,
  sugars and vanilla.  Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Gradually mix in
  flour mixture.  Beat until thoroughly mixed. Add chocolate chips (and
  nuts if desired). Drop on greased baking sheet by rounded teaspoons.
  Bake at 375 degrees for 16 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen 3-1/2"
  cookies. NOTE: If using soft margarine (70% spread), increase flour
  by 1/4 cup.
