Okay, you got me there.  I checked all my abbrev dictionaries, the YouTube
video and Google search result "'From White Australia to Woomera' :
migrants, refugees and the making of modern Australia"... nothing
seemed to help.  To quote a short-term Australian politician who was also
often lost for words, "please explain...?"
