I haven't got to the real modern stuff, I seem to work with stuff 5yrs
old plus. Right now I have a TCC K7TA-H motherboard with the dreaded
VIA 686 chipset. An AMD 1.3 duron with 256 meg memory.
Savage IV 32 meg agp video, realtek 8139d nic, Actiontec call waiting
modem. Using the onboard sound for now. Optorite DVDRW works with RSJ
software. A 7 in 1 card reader/3.5floppy. Floppy attached to floppy
controller on motherboard, multicard reader USB 2. LVM sees the card
readers, but it can only make the info on them unreadable. Epson Stylus
color 600 printer. Just purchased a refurbished Sun 20" monitor for
$104. My only problem with it is it doesn't fit in my desk (waa!).
Big problems with a Maxtor 80 gig drive, I don't THINK it's the drive's
fault anymore. That's another story.
