Sorry, what you need is infozipp.zip which is the OS/2 version. I am
compressing your mail with zip -9 which gives tight compression and can be
decompressed with pkzip 2.04 or infozipp. I am compressing mail on Maximus
with zip -1 which gives better compression than pkzip 1.1 for OS/2, and
much faster. Should have done it before I guess. Anyway, anyone running
MSDOS can continue using PKUNZIP 2.04, but anyone running OS/2 needs to
either run PKUNZIP 2.04 as a dos application, or download INFOZIPP.ZIP.
For MSDOS, infozip.lzh can be used as the unarchiver instead of pkunzip
2.04. I haven't got the archiver for MSDOS, I will ask David Begley to send
it to me if anyone wants it. I have asked David to send me the source
code, so that I can compile zip for OS/2 under Borland with 486-specific
instructions etc which may help my cause! BFN.
P.S. I have file-attached it to you. I forgot to put HOLD on it, so it
tried sending it to you some time ago. Dunno if you answered the phone or
not though! I got No Carrier after a long time.
