MIRC has flood protection built in... it also has excellent scripting
capabilities... there are numerous scripts out there that allow for all
kinds of stull... i found NexGen's ACIDMAX some time ago and used that for
a long time... even added my own stuff to it, too... i don't know what
NexGen has available today...
