Considering the Political Correctness of Ovations around here (see also: Da 
Rulez), you will be fortunate to get away with a severe chastising... :)
Me, I would say your best bet (I don't know if Ovation makes a left-handed 
model) is to pick up a "normal" model & reverse the head fret, if that is 
possible, so you can reverse the stringing...
Then again, the guitar may be stressed for right-handed stringing, sooo... 

FWIW, last fall I priced the current Ovation 12-string acoustic/electric (eg: 
12-string acoustic with piezo pickups in the bridge), and the list seemed to 
be around $1200, and the asking price (everything half off, closing out sale) 
was in the $6xx range)...
