 Uh... I made a note that I noticed that there was no change, but in the
original message I also noted that this concern was in addition to the very
small percentage required on the vote to change policy... based on that,
unless the number rises to what can be clearly determined as a
"majority", I would still urge people to vote nay.

I can't see 1 out of 10 determining the future of FidoNet. It only opens
the doors for the vocal minority. He who has the biggest yap flap wins?
