I am also on the "I registered IREX" boat but, luckily, Synchronet has tools
that replace most of its functionality, and I was able to replace the rest
using an ftp script. There are still times when I wish I had one or two of
those extras availabile.
IIRC, Mystic's fidopoll can also mimic several of IREX's features.
