There are a few companies that sell them.  Belkin, Radio Shack and Bafo 
are the ones I have heard of.   I am most knowledgeable with the Bafo 
BF-810, since my company Re-Sells them with a RS-232 Only product we 
manufacture, and that is shipped with a Win32 bit program that we wrote.

I will try my OS/2 Warp 4.52 system with the Bafo BF-810 and see what 
happens..  It is possible some sort of Serial or Stream Driver would 
work, but I can not think of an OS/2 driver of hand that would act like 
that other than the USB Mouse driver.
