Well I'm not aware of any national police frequency here in the UK
but I have the following local police frequencys
152.312 AM
152.450 FM
152.687 AM
Various frequencys between 452.000 and 453.000 FM
Various frequencys around 951.000 FM
Various ambulance frequencys around 152.000 to 153.000 AM
The ambulance are changing to a sort of global positioning system
with a keypad for sending standard instructions.
i.e. Parking up at base or casualty picked up, we still get voice
when there receiving locations or specific instrucctions
Fire Brigade around 71.000 AM
It doesn't even appear that the emergency services have a common
frequency to communicate between the various services.
Hope if this is some help, if you need any more info just ask
