FDISK.EXE is in \WIN98\BASE5.CAB ... but Microsoft released an updated version
for large drives (over 64GB). It's FReq'able 24/7 from 1:393/68 as FDSK98SE.ZIP
(or supply an E-mail address and I'll shoot you a copy, only 40kB).
I'm not sure what CD I have (it's Full, NOT an upgrade), files are:
