What you are suggesting is plainly idiotic in that it 
would, essentially, require us to ignore all of the 
evidence that indicates that evolution proceeds with 
a degree of complexity much higher than can be 
adequately modeled employing only "single selectees,"  
(whatever that means).  As far as I'm concerned (as 
we've discussed too many times now) an argument for 
"single selectee," is an argument for imposing 
artificial assumptions about reality that are plainly 
and indisputably not evident.
