Yes, it was the same guy.
He spent most of the time between 25 years ago and 2007, in jail for
raping little kids.

The point I was making, you and your cronies seem to be ignoring. As

Smoking pot in and of itself, is not dangerous.
Pot that has PCP in it is.

Yet the DEA refuses to even *LOOK* at changing US drug laws, to put more
emphasis on dope that actually is dangerous, like meth.
