I see that you still don't understand the term, "Zero Tolerance" in its use
as a campaign term (i.e. a war term). I've tried to explain it in several
different ways, but you don't appear to grasp the meaning or the use of the
strategy. I think that I'll let someone else try to explain it to you, as you
don't have a clue what it means or how/why it is used.
