I can work out most of the extenions, but which country is .ar  ??

Also it is possible to have a .com or .net or .org without country extension in a
country other than the USA - example bigpond.com is the Australian PTT dial-up
service and of course dyndns.org is used from people around the world. So I guess
it's not totally possible to get an accurate picture purely from the domain name.
