Could you try FREQing SMPLFIDO.ZIP off me as opposed to logging on and
downloading it?  I want to make sure you still get bad CPS rates, because
Poe Lim FREQed it off me without a problem (although I had the problem when
I sent it to him twice).  Want to make sure the problem doesn't get
circumvented when doing a FREQ (appropriate pauses or whatever).  BFN.
