DG> parade when you were watching it?
Nope, just great memories. I'm not a big fan of surrendering my time at
the parks to squinting through a viewfinder. Some folks I know don't
believe they've gone anywhere unless they have pictures to prove
it--just not my thing.
On my last trip to DL and WDW, I did bring a 35mm camera and tried to
collect examples of Victorian architecture in support of my wife's
dollhouse project. One DL visit I took pictures of other guests taking
pictures--that one produced a whole lot of laughs. On another DL visit,
I concentrated on scenic slides that *didn't* look like they had been
taken at DL--I slip 'em into travel slides of other places and see who
catches me!
This trip (WDW-3 and counting!), we're going Tigger hunting! We're going
to see how many different costumes and places we can picture ourselves
with the world's bounciest tiger. Should be fun, and a good deal more
challenging than finding Mickey.
But I work hard to keep the photography from interfering with just
enjoying the parks. Ususlly, I limit myself to just one day of pictures
or a couple-three rolls of film. And I *don't* even *bring* flash
attachments!
