My opinion...
The Delphi echo isn't overly noisy or crowded - expanding it to include
Builder C++ very probably wouldn't overwhelm anyone with a sudden influx of
messages.
However, for myself I'm only interested in the Pascal side of things. I worry
that what I'm interested in might become obscured by C++ if the echo were
opened up.
So, I would prefer option 3, but option 2 wouldn't kill me.
