What Ãsort of service standard do you get in the States? Just been reading that Don't know, I'm in Saudi Arabia :-) Once the MS support line was staffed by what I considered "snot nosed kids" that thought they knew it all. Years ago one of the ladies at work, who I trained in MS Word (DOS), found a bug in printing columns. Since the report was for a government proposal that was very important to us she was insistent that she get an answer. The "support rep" treated her badly. Luckily she got his name. KSÃ I will if I get that far, but the contract is due to end shortly - Ãand we are still on Access1! Ã... If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
