Hello Rod!

Do you have the technology to dial at V42, pause the computer, then let it
restart?  The idea is to stop my computer sending for a while (5 secs),
which I think would occur naturally if CTS was on for a while, which would
occur if your modem's buffer was full for a while, which would mean setting
a small buffer on both the modem and your comms software (or a bigger
delay).  BFN.
