A couple more things to add to this.  If you want to become a net address
you MUST be crash-mailable between 4AM-5AM AEST.  However, you do not need
to be marked with a "CM" (continuous mail) flag.  If you are not
marked CM in the nodelist, no-one should send you mail out-of-hours.  BFN.
