It _does_ see the SCSI CD on beginning the install, but the install itself
then swaps drive letters _after_ the install sees the ATAPI CD drive.
Although I haven't tried it, the simplest way to get through the install
would likely be to unplug the ATAPI CD before starting with the SCSI. I'll
have to try remembering this next time... [heaven forbid!].
