Hello, Tom.

A little late, but...
I'm using Mediacom's cable internet just fine with my OS/2 setup (Warp 4,
MCP2). I'm using a Davicom-based NIC and it's working beautifully. The
cable modem (a RCA model) is connected to a Linksys router, which in turn
has a Linksys switch connected to it (this machine, the BBS machine, is
directly connected to the router).
I've had zero problems with it. I'm using a DHCP setup through the router
and I have a dynamic IP (although it hasn't changed in nearly a year).
Later,
Sean
